We run a very popular adult class for over 18’s on Wednesday evenings. This is an open pay as you go (no strings attached) structured session for any adult who would like to try keeping fit in a unique, challenging yet fun way.
You will be taken through a warm-up, given the option of stations and skills to work on and then have the opportunity to work on improving your flexibility and core strength. Such sessions can really help with those achy muscles, lower back pain from poor posture and core strength and help improve your overall strength, balance and general fitness.
All levels and ages (over 18) are welcome, classes run right through the year only shutting for holiday periods. You are never too old to start, and you do not need to be able to touch your toes, so come and give it a go.
