Acrobatics Gymnastics is a competitive gymnastics discipline that is a modern and artistic sport where gymnasts work in partnerships (either pairs or groups) and build harmony and trust, each responsible for their partner or partners. It is a true and testing examination of human relationships. Routines impose on gymnasts a need for strength, agility, flexibility, balance and acrobatic skills. The results are spectacular, intricate balances performed on partners, exciting multiple somersaults and twisting somersaults with partners being pitched and caught.

At Loughborough Acrobatics Gymnastics Club we have a great success in this discipline having many gymnasts reach National and International level competition. Our squads are highly competitive and require a high level of technical gymnastics ability and commitment to attend. The starting point of this journey will be our new beginners classes.
