competitive tumbling

Tumbling is a truly breath taking gymnastics discipline. It is all about flips, somersaults and twists – linking them all together one after another, demonstrating power, speed and control. With a full length competitive track the clubs tumblers are able to compete at all levels.

Our tumblers will be selected from our general gymnastics programmes and must have some basic gymnastics grounding first.

We can arrange assessment trials for those hoping to join our squads if they have previous gymnastics experience and have foundation tumble skills already, such as forward and backward rolls, cartwheels and handstands.
